Thank you for using Motzairt. This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for songs generated and unlocked through motzairt.com.

All Sales Are Final

Motzairt operates a strict no-refund policy. Because you have the opportunity to preview the full generated song before purchasing the unlock, all sales are final once the unlock payment is completed.

By previewing the song before purchase, you confirm that you have heard the output and accept it as-is.

Limited Exceptions

We will consider a refund only in the following confirmed circumstances:

  1. Delivery failure — You completed payment but the unlocked file was never delivered or made available for download due to a technical error on our end.
  2. File corruption — The downloaded file is corrupted, unplayable, or significantly different from the previewed version due to a technical error.
  3. Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same song due to a payment processing error.

Refund requests outside these circumstances will be denied.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify under one of the exceptions above:

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

To set clear expectations, the following do not qualify:

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us at support@motzairt.com to attempt resolution is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension of access to the Service. We will provide Stripe and your card issuer with documentation including your preview activity and unlock confirmation.
