Motzairt (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated as a sole proprietorship by Corey Cazares, located at 107 Country Meadow, Canyon Lake, Texas, USA, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use motzairt.com (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Email address — collected at checkout and used for receipts, customer service, product updates, and marketing communications.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Song inputs — text prompts, personalization details, genre selections, and any content you submit to generate a song.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, time on site, click behavior, referring URL.
• Device data — browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate geographic location.
• Cookies and tracking pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver the songs you request
• Process payments and send receipts
• Provide customer support
• Send marketing emails, promotional offers, and retargeting communications
• Improve the Service, troubleshoot issues, and analyze usage patterns
• Run advertising campaigns, including retargeting ads via Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Song Storage and Retention

Generated songs are stored on our servers for seven (7) days after creation, after which they are permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving any songs you wish to keep within that window.

Email addresses, transaction records, and usage data are retained as long as necessary to operate the business, comply with tax/legal obligations, or fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Stripe — to process payments. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Suno (or our AI generation provider) — to generate the music you request based on your prompts.
• Netlify — our hosting provider.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for advertising, retargeting, and analytics via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Email service provider — to send transactional and marketing emails.
• Law enforcement or legal authorities — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

5. Your Choices and Rights

• Marketing emails: Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email.
• Cookies: Disable cookies through your browser settings (some features may stop working).
• Access, correction, deletion: Contact us at support@motzairt.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

If you are a resident of California, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR), you may have additional rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. Contact support@motzairt.com to exercise these rights.

6. Children's Privacy

Motzairt is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption and secure payment processing via Stripe. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

Motzairt is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
